FORSTER PRECISION TOOL CEO, Edward Forster has had a long history in the manufacturing and tooling industry in Connecticut.  

 

Edward began his career as a tool maker at Producto Machine in Bridgeport, Connecticut and later worked as a CNC machinist and programmer at various companies in Southern Connecticut, across industries.  He quickly worked his way up from foreman, to VP of Manufacturing for the Edward D. Segen Company, a world leader in high performance thermoform tooling.  

 

Edward Forster's experience is well served, from the start of his first company Blister Solutions LLC, specializing in the design and manufacturing of blister form tooling for machines such as Sencorp and Armac to the manufacuring of high-performance thermoform tools and matched metal trim tooling.  

 

In 2010, Edward changed the name of his company to FORSTER PRECISION TOOL LLC to better represent the diversified market of high tooling requirements and diverse operations of the company's portfolio, from aircraft component manufacturing to the maufacturing of blister form tooling, thermoform and vacuum forming, resin transfer molding, injection molding and precision blanking.
